INTERNET CAR SALES

The Internet is a great way to shop for a vehicle. It is easy to compare features, prices and models in the comfort of your home.   It is also a good place to find an attractive price or a rare model.  Unfortunately, it is also the new frontier of vehicle fraud.    Because of the anonymity of the process, a bad dealer can hide behind a transaction that crosses several state lines. Since most sales are cash, the dealer knows that it will be expensive, inconvenient and often difficult to pursue a remedy.   Therefore, many buyers give up and take their lumps on an internet car sale.  However, I have successfully helped buyers from as far away as New Jersey, California, and Colorado obtain compensation for their interstate lemon purchase.   If you bought a lemon from a deceptive Texas dealer please give me a call.
